The Rules

Before You Begin

Put on your XL Challenge bib.
The timer is placed on the table where it can be seen.
Your drink will be served first.
Start of the challenge
As soon as the XL plate is placed in front of you, the timer starts.
You may not start eating until the plate is set on the table.

During the challenge

You must eat the entire contents of the plate by yourself.
Not allowed: help from others, sharing your plate, or using aids.
You may drink while eating.

Time limit

You have a maximum of 30 minutes to finish everything on your plate.

Everything must be used up: no leftover sauce, pasta, or toppings.

After the challenge

Did you finish everything correctly within the time limit? Then you've earned a spot on our Wall of Fame—and you don't even have to pay for it!

Honesty Above All Else

Be a good sport. Everyone gets the same portion and the same amount of time.

You may only participate in the challenge once a day.
