Promotions, contests, vouchers, and loyalty programs
These terms and conditions apply to all national and local promotions, sales, contests, vouchers, discount codes, loyalty programs, and marketing campaigns organized by Mister Spaghetti.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to a specific promotion, contest, or event. These apply in addition to the terms and conditions listed below.
Organization
Promotions and contests are organized by Mister Spaghetti at the national and/or local level. The participating location(s) are always listed through our official communication channels.
Term
The duration of a promotion or contest is announced via flyers, the website, social media, newsletters, or other official channels.
If no end date is specified, the promotion or contest will last for a maximum of 3 months from the start date.
Conditions for Participation
Unless otherwise noted:
- Participation is limited to Mister Spaghetti customers;
- A promotion is valid only through official Mister Spaghetti channels;
- A voucher or discount code is valid only upon presentation of a valid voucher, code, or official communication;
- Each person present must order at least one spaghetti dish or main course if this is specified in the promotion;
- This offer cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, deals, promotions, or gift certificates;
- A promotion is not redeemable for cash or other benefits;
- Vouchers, discount codes, or prizes may not be resold;
- Mister Spaghetti may ask for identification or contact information for verification purposes.
Use of Vouchers and Discounts
Unless otherwise noted:
- One voucher applies per table, not per person;
- A promotion may be used multiple times during the promotional period, up to a maximum of 5 times per person, unless otherwise stated;
- Mister Spaghetti may limit participation to a maximum of one entry or voucher per person, household, email address, or phone number;
- These promotions are not valid on holidays, special event days, or busy times such as Friday evenings, Saturday evenings, and Sunday evenings;
- Promotional vouchers are not valid in the online store.
Refusal or Exclusion
Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to refuse vouchers, discounts, or participation in the following cases:
- suspicion of fraud;
- abuse;
- copies or forgeries;
- expired vouchers;
- illegible or damaged vouchers;
- vouchers that do not come from official channels.
Competitions
Participation in competitions is free, unless otherwise stated.
Only one entry per person is valid, unless otherwise indicated.
Winners will be contacted personally via the channel they provided, such as email, phone, or social media.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to select another winner.
Prices
- are personal;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may not be resold;
- are not transferable without Mister Spaghetti's permission.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards can be redeemed at Mister Spaghetti restaurants and in the online store, unless otherwise noted.
Promotional coupons, discount coupons, giveaway coupons, or free vouchers are not valid in the online store, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchased gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of a gift card.
We cannot guarantee that an expired gift card or voucher will be extended.
If Mister Spaghetti grants an extension on an exceptional basis, an administrative fee of 10 euros may be charged.
Loyalty Club
The terms and conditions and how the Mister Spaghetti Loyalty Club works are explained on the Mister Spaghetti loyalty page.
Data collected as part of the Loyalty Club is used to operate the loyalty program and for promotional communications from Mister Spaghetti.
This information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Customers can unsubscribe from our newsletter and/or the loyalty program at any time.
Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or delete accounts, points, benefits, or rewards in the event of fraud, abuse, or misuse.
Changes
Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, or terminate promotions, contests, vouchers, or loyalty program terms and conditions in the event of technical errors, abuse, force majeure, or other valid reasons.
