Online Store, Shipping, and Return Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Mister Spaghetti online store.

Products

Through our online store, we sell gifts, accessories, glassware, clothing, books, oil, and digital gift cards, among other items.

All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, shape, packaging, or presentation may occur and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping costs, transaction fees, or any other applicable charges are clearly displayed before the order is finalized.

Payment

An order is not final until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Mister Spaghetti.

If fraud, abuse, or incorrect information is suspected, Mister Spaghetti may refuse or cancel an order.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through the Mister Spaghetti online store are delivered by Bpost or another courier service.

The delivery times listed are approximate. Mister Spaghetti does its best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delays caused by courier services, holidays, high volume, force majeure, or external circumstances are beyond Mister Spaghetti’s control.

Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for correctly entering their name, address, email address, phone number, and other shipping information.

If the information is incorrect or incomplete:

  • delivery may become impossible;
  • Additional shipping charges may apply;
  • A refund cannot be guaranteed;
  • Mister Spaghetti is not responsible for any loss or delay.

Not at home or not picked up

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer is not home, provided incorrect information, or fails to pick up the package on time, Mister Spaghetti is not responsible for any additional costs, loss, or return shipping.

Any costs associated with a new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

For non-food products, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us via email within this period.

Return Policy

A return will only be accepted if:

  • the product is unused;
  • the product is undamaged;
  • the product is in its original packaging;
  • the product is complete;
  • the return was reported in advance via email;
  • the order number is clearly stated.

Exceptions to Returns

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • digital vouchers;
  • gift certificates;
  • personalized products;
  • products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons;
  • food products;
  • oil or other food-related products whose seal or packaging has been opened;
  • products that have been damaged due to improper use by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the order was incorrect or the product was delivered damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

In the event of a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, the customer must report this by email within 48 hours of receipt.

The report must include at least the following information:

  • order number;
  • a clear description of the problem;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable;

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the original order.

Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.

Complaints

Complaints regarding online store orders must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt.

A valid report includes:

  • the order number;
  • a clear description of the problem;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable;
  • the customer's contact information.

Mister Spaghetti reviews each complaint individually and, whenever possible, seeks a fair and reasonable solution.
