Before You Begin

• Put on your XL Challenge bib.
• The timer is placed on the table where it can be seen.
• Your drink will be served first.
• Start of the challenge
• As soon as the XL plate is placed in front of you, the timer starts.
• You may not start eating until the plate is set on the table.

During the challenge

• You must eat the entire contents of the plate by yourself.
• Not allowed: help from others, sharing your plate, or using aids.
• You may drink while eating.

Time limit

You have a maximum of 30 minutes to finish everything on your plate.

Everything must be used up: no leftover sauce, pasta, or toppings.

After the challenge

Did you finish everything correctly within the time limit? Then you've earned a spot on our Wall of Fame—and you don't even have to pay for it!

Honesty Above All Else

Be a good sport. Everyone gets the same portion and the same amount of time.

You may only participate in the challenge once a day.
