Yes! Your earned points are valid at any location. So feel free to visit our locations in Kortrijk, Roeselare, Bruges, Ostend, Ghent, Aalst, and Ronse.
It's simple. Before the bill is printed, open your Wallet and show the QR code from your loyalty card under "Earn Points." We'll scan it, and the points will automatically appear in your account.
Would you like to use your credit? Go to “Pay,” show the QR code that appears there, and the credit will be deducted from your account immediately.
All customers who have earned points have received an email from us with the good news: the points on your loyalty card have been fully transferred. All you need to do now is enter your information correctly. Then you can easily add your card to the wallet on your cell phone.
