If there are 11 or more friends, the birthday person eats for free
The rule is simple. If you bring 11 or more friends and choose a group package that doesn’t include drinks, the birthday person gets their spaghetti for free. Packages that include drinks, such as Dine & Shine, don’t count. If the birthday person is a member of the Spaghottie Loyalty Club, they’ll also get a free aperitif. Of course, smaller groups are welcome too, but the free spaghetti offer doesn’t apply in that case.
From kids' parties to 30th birthday parties
Is your son or daughter turning six? The kids’ menu costs €16.50 and comes with an activity booklet, so the youngest guests won’t get bored between bites. Children’s rates apply for groups. For an 18th or 30th birthday party, choose a group package starting at €17.90 per person, with the option of an aperitif and appetizers or a beverage package. A single package for the entire group keeps things running smoothly, even when the table gets long.
Parking under the Hopmarkt
If you’re coming by car, drive into the Hopmarkt underground parking garage. It’s right next door, open day and night, and the first 15 minutes are free. The train station is in the city center, so friends taking the train can get there quickly, too. After dinner, the Grote Markt—with the Belfry and the Oud Schepenhuis—is just around the corner for those who don’t want to call it a night just yet.
