Plant-based, but still a full plate
For us, vegan food doesn’t mean just a plate of lettuce. Mister B. Vegan is a full-fledged Bolognese made without animal products. Wishfull Shrinking features whole-wheat spaghetti with extra vegetables and a vegan sauce. Start with olives, finish with raspberry sorbet, and your entire meal stays vegan. If you do eat cheese, Cheesy Lover—with four cheeses—is a staple, along with many dishes that we also offer in vegetarian versions.
After Shopping, With an Allergy
After a stroll down Lange Steenstraat and through the K shopping center, you don’t want to have to comb through every ingredient list all over again. Use the allergen filter on our site: check the boxes for gluten, milk, egg, nuts, celery, or any other allergen, and you’ll see which dishes remain. Reserve online and note your allergy there. If you’re dining with ten or more people after a show at the Stadsschouwburg or a visit to Texture, please fill out the group form.
Parking along the Leie
Parking Broeltorens is nearby, and the first hour is free. If you’d rather not drive into the city, park for free at the Kinepolis XPO or Wembley P+R and take the shuttle bus to downtown. From the Grote Markt with the belfry or from the Begijnhof, walk to Handboogstraat on the Leie.
