Free for the birthday person, subject to two conditions
For groups of 11 or more friends, and when ordering a group package that doesn’t include drinks, the birthday person eats spaghetti for free. Packages that already include drinks, such as Dine & Shine, are excluded. Are you a member of the Spaghottie Loyalty Club? Then we’ll also treat the birthday person to a free aperitif. Fewer than 11? Feel free to come—but the birthday person’s spaghetti won’t be free. Ordering one package for the whole table ensures that everyone eats at the same time.
For your dorm room, your family, or your little one
If you’re with your roommates or your class, a package starting at €17.90 per person is a great option. If you’d like an aperitif and appetizers beforehand, or a beverage package, please include that in your request. If your daughter is celebrating her birthday, there’s a kids’ menu with an activity booklet for €16.50, and children’s rates apply for groups. It’s okay to make a mess—that’s what the bibs are for.
Getting to the city center
The center of Ghent has a low-emission zone and a traffic management plan, so plan your trip in advance. If you’re driving, it’s best to park at Vrijdagmarkt or Sint-Michiels. The tram will take you from Gent-Sint-Pieters to the center, and from the Gent-Dampoort station, it’s about a 15-minute walk. After dinner, you can take a stroll with the whole group along the Graslei and the Korenlei.
