Reservations and No-Show Policy
These terms and conditions apply to reservations at Mister Spaghetti.
Reservations
A reservation is valid only after it has been confirmed via our website, reservation system, email, phone, or another official channel.
The customer is responsible for correctly providing the number of people, contact information, date, and time.
Being late
Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes after the reserved time, unless the customer notifies us in a timely manner.
If the customer arrives late without prior notice, Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to release the table.
Groups of 11 or more people
Additional terms and conditions may apply to groups of 11 or more people.
Mister Spaghetti reserves the right, for groups of 11 or more people, to:
- to request an advance;
- to request confirmation by email;
- to propose a customized menu or package;
- to implement a cancellation policy;
- to charge a no-show fee in the event of a late cancellation or failure to show up.
No-Show Fee
For groups of 11 or more people, we ask that you cancel or make changes at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, Mister Spaghetti reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to compensate for reserved seating, staff scheduling, preparations, and lost revenue.
Restaurant Complaints
Complaints about a restaurant visit should preferably be reported to our team immediately while you're still there, so we can work toward a solution right away.
If this is not possible, the complaint can be forwarded via email at a later time.
